The Docklands Light Railway (DLR), is a fully grade separated rapid transit system in Eastern London.

DLR B07 Stock Stratford (London)

Routes

The DLR operates three different shade routes which unlike the London Overground and London Underground are not named. The routes are Bank - Lewisham, Canary Waft - Stratford (London), Stratford International - Woolwich Arsenal, Stratford International to Beckton (Currently Suspended), Tower Gateway - Beckton

Frequency

The DLR operates around an every 10 minute service pattern on each branch, however the Bank to Lewisham service operates every 5 minutes due to the higher demand.

Rolling Stock

Historical

The original DLR used the P86 & P89 which are currently in service in Essen.

Current

The current DLR stock is made up of the B90, B92 and B2K which are being withdrawn due to there replacements about to re-enter service. During this time the DLR is running a reduced frequency and shorter trains to reduce milage on the trains. The DLR also uses the B07 stock which is being retained as well as the extra batch of B07s which are sometimes known incorrectly as B09s.

future

The B23 despite having entered service on the 30th of September 2025 on the Woolwich Arsenal to Stratford International service have been withdrawn due to alignment issues with stopping.
