Guilford is the main station for the Town of Guilford in Surrey. Guilford also has London Road (Guilford) station on the New Guilford Line. Guilford was opened by the London & South Western Railway in 1848.

Guilford has 8 platforms numbered 1-8 however due to the location of the third rail next to platform 7 with the sharp curve makes this platform unusable with all passengers having to leave the train on platform 6. Guilford is the interchange between the Great Western Railway's North Downs Line and South Western Railway'sPortsmouth Direct Line and New Guilford Line.
