The Class 165 is a fleet of 2, 3 & 4 coach 75-90mph units used by Chiltern Railways and Great Western Railway. These units were orignalling designed for Inner Suburban workings however with Great Western Railway they have found themselves on Longer routes. The Class 165 is owned by Angle Trains.[1]

The Class 165/0 is subclass of 2 and 4 car 75mph units used by Chiltern Railways on the Chiltern Main Line. The class 165/0s feature Tripcocks for running on the Metropolitan Line between Amersham and Harrow-on-the-Hill. The class 165/0s used to use BR ATP between London Marylebone and Kings Sutton and Aylesbury Vale Parkway apart from on the Metropolitan Line.
