The Metropolitan line Rail Adhesion Train departs Harrow for the north end of the line, whilst an engineers' training train, formed of two battery locomotives, waits time in Harrow siding. Nestled right on the south west coast, Dawlish is a well-known location for rail enthusiasts to visit, and is perfect to get us in the mood for Spring - just around the corner. July @madmetroguy brings our picture for July with a Five Car Train - class 710 375 - arriving into Euston. August With the summer in full swing @zootfish captured the early evening approach of a Stadler FLIRT to Heerlen Station in the Netherlands running as Arriva RE18 from Liège-Guillemins, Belgium to Aachen, Germany. September As autumn approaches, @elaenas brings us this photo of "the flat part of the very pretty Oberweißbacher Bergbahn". October The scene, from @the801azuma is set for autumn with a scene that could be 20th Century Newcastle or 21st Century Derbyshire. Newcastle 102, recently returned to service at Crich Tramway Village, waits to returning to return to the Car Sheds as fog descends.
