This page gives a brief overview of current and planned future major works or other events (generally lasting at least a week or impacting more than half the weekends in a month) that significantly impact parts of the rail network. Where possible, stations in the affected areas will not be selected as station of the month during the works.

Greater London
- 31 May 2025 - Spring 2026 - Cutty Sark DLR station closed (escalator replacement) [1]

- 8 June - 30 June - Alness to Wick/Thurso stations closed (Far North Line Track Upgrade) [3]
- 18 May - 27 August - Hillington West platform reconstruction, trains towards Paisley, Motherwell and Larkhall will not call
